Biography
Marina Zepeda is an attorney at King & Siegel who is passionate about advocating for workers and protecting their rights in the workplace.
Marina earned her law degree from UCLA School of Law. During and after law school, she worked at a plaintiff-side employment law firm in Los Angeles, where she represented employees in cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. In 2024, Marina began serving as a law clerk to Chief Judge Troy L. Nunley of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. During her clerkship, she gained valuable exposure to federal procedure and extensive experience with complex federal litigation, including researching and analyzing dispositive motions.
After completing her clerkship, Marina returned to plaintiff-side practice and joined King & Siegel. She brings to her practice both plaintiff-side experience and a strong foundation in federal litigation. She is committed to providing thoughtful, strategic, and zealous representation to workers seeking to vindicate their rights.
