biography
Elliot Siegel graduated cum laude from NYU School of Law and previously practiced at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP and Elkins Kalt Weintraub Reuben Gartside LLP. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants across a range of industries in various white-collar, intellectual property, breach of contract, complex financial products, real estate, entity control, and class action disputes, both in state and federal court and arbitration.
At his prior firms, Mr. Siegel’s advocacy helped his clients recover over $700 million in high-stakes commercial cases. Mr. Siegel first-chaired a commercial trial resulting in a $450,000 recovery to the client and has participated in trial teams in high-stakes matters such as Apple v. Samsung.
In his spare time, Mr. Siegel is an avid hiker and SCUBA diver.
Mr. Siegel is licensed to practice in California.
